Wake up and start the day right. 60 minute yoga class available everyday.
Beginners pilates classes 8 weeks Tuesday am 9.30 and general pilates class Thursday 9.30.
45 minute yoga sessions to stretch the body, this is a gentle yoga class suitable for everyone. Available Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Monday yoga 7pm, Friday yoga 7pm.
A more energetic yoga practice to enliven the body. Wednesday 6.30pm and Saturday 8am yoga classes
An opportunity to delve deeper into what yoga has to teach us. Various topics combined with embodiment practice. Tuesday 8pm
Last Sunday in month 8pm. Online £8 yoga classes
