 At Sacred Space in Weston-Super-Mare  our aim is to create a safe, supported environment where students feel comfortable and confident enough to try poses they didn’t necessarily think they could do. 

We do this by having a fun, relaxed atmosphere and two aerial yoga teachers so when one of us is in the hammock guiding students through the poses there is always someone on hand to offer support or encouragement if needed.
