All bookings are final. 

If you need to cancel I will try to fill the space for you but if unable you will forfeit your space.

 Yoga Teacher Training Terms and Conditions

1. Enrollment: By enrolling in our yoga teacher training program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years of age and have a passion for yoga. Prior yoga experience may be required for certain programs; please refer to specific course descriptions for details.

3. Payment: Payment of deposit for the yoga teacher training program is due in full upon registration, unless otherwise specified.

 Payment plans may be available; please enquire for more information.

4. Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our refund policy. Cancellations made [number] days prior to the start of the program may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than [number] days before the program start date.

5. Attendance: Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and complete all required coursework to receive certification. Absences may affect eligibility for certification; please refer to the specific program guidelines for attendance requirements.

6. Certification: Upon successful completion of the yoga teacher training program, participants will receive a certificate of completion. Certification is contingent upon meeting all program requirements, including attendance, coursework, and assessments.

7. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times. Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or violence, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the program without refund.

8. Liability Waiver: Participants understand that yoga teacher training may involve physical activity and assume all risks associated with participation. Sacred Space Yoga Studio and its instructors are not liable for any injuries or damages sustained during the program.

9. Intellectual Property: All course materials, including but not limited to manuals, handouts, and videos, are the intellectual property of Sacred Space Yoga Studio and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

10. Modifications: Sacred Space Yoga Studio reserves the right to modify the program curriculum, schedule, or location at its discretion. Participants will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.
